We reserve the right to cancel an accepted order in exceptional circumstances; if this occurs you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

Sloane & Pearl ships to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation for reference only; they are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving carrier disputes.
