Shipping policy
At Sloane & Pearl, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with as little hassle as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands at your door.
Processing Time
All orders placed with Sloane & Pearl are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
During peak periods — such as holiday sales, new collection launches, or promotional events — processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
Shipping Destinations
Sloane & Pearl currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations. If you have a question about a specific delivery address, please reach out to us via our contact page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders. Once your order has been processed and handed to our carrier, please allow the following estimated delivery window:
- Standard Shipping (United States): 5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volumes, and circumstances outside our control such as weather events or carrier delays. Sloane & Pearl cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipping Costs
Sloane & Pearl is pleased to offer completely free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States — no minimum spend required, no discount codes needed. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all eligible U.S. orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking number does not appear to be updating, please contact us via our contact page and we will look into this for you right away.
Customs & Import Duties
As Sloane & Pearl currently ships exclusively within the United States, the vast majority of our customers will not be subject to customs duties or import taxes on their orders.
In the unlikely event that a shipment is subject to any federal, state, or local charges upon delivery, the customer is solely responsible for paying those fees. Sloane & Pearl has no control over any such charges and cannot predict, waive, or reimburse them. If you are unsure whether any charges may apply to your delivery address, we recommend checking with your local customs or tax authority before placing your order.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Parcels
We understand how frustrating it can be when an order does not arrive as expected. If your parcel has not been delivered within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation, or if your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us via our contact page so we can open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note the following:
- We ask that you first check your tracking link for the latest status and verify your delivery address is correct on your order confirmation.
- Sloane & Pearl will work diligently with the carrier to locate your parcel or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund, at our discretion.
- Sloane & Pearl is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. In such cases, we encourage you to check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office, and contact us if the issue remains unresolved.
